The staff are pleasant, managed the parking nearby. The triple room is warm and has central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a refrigerator.

Actually the room was fantastic and reasonably large with all the basic amenities, a full size bed and the bathroom. Location: the hotel was right by the bus station, and shopping areas. Found Naan Curry House right next to the property where I had supper.

Conveniently located next to the train station with easy access to restaurants and a convenience store. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide range of options including Japanese specialties. Despite the small room, it was comfortable and quiet for a good night's sleep.

The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and the price could have been more reasonable compared to other hotels. Additionally, there were no laundry facilities available.

Furthermore, the staff was friendly and accommodating, despite not having perfect English language skills.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right beside the train station and within walking distance of major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The food in the restaurant was top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious options. The view from my room was stunning, especially when it was snowing. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The hotel was clean with great breakfast options - definitely felt like a Japanese hotel. It was conveniently located near transportation hubs and a convenience store, making it easy to get around the city. The staff was helpful and accommodating, even going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

The room we stayed in was quite small, which made it difficult to move around and store our luggage. there was no air conditioning, which made the room quite hot and uncomfortable at times.
